Only 15 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, Pavilion Bucerias is one of the newest and most luxurious buildings in Bucerias. It is located only steps from the sandy beaches of the Bay of Banderas, in the desirable Golden Zone on Calle Lazaro Cardenas.

The building was completed in 2022 with a stunning architectural design incorporating natural stone, wood terraces and tempered glass railings to harmonize beautifully with its surroundings. The location is walking distance to numerous restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops and art galleries.

Pavilion Bucerias is a low-density building with only X units, so you will enjoy a tranquil, spa-like stay. Common areas include an infinity pool, spa jacuzzi, dining areas with tables and umbrellas, lounge area with sun beds and umbrellas, outdoor living room with sectional, outdoor kitchen with stainless steel barbecue, fully equipped gym, and shower areas. These are all located on the roof top of the building, providing guests with a panoramic view of the Bay of Banderas and town of Bucerias.

The building has a staffed reception area in the lobby as well as 24/7 security for assistance and safety.

About the Unit

This spectacular and spacious studio unit includes sliding natural wood doors that provides privacy of the sleeping area and sliding glass doors that open the unit to a huge outdoor balcony for romantic, exterior dining.

Living room has three piece leather sectional with power recliner and chaise and ports for charging electronics, automated blinds with remote. 55 inch flat screen smart OLED TV with IPTV Smarters Pro, and secure Wi-Fi.

Appliances in suite include: Two air conditioning units with remotes, ceiling fan, stainless steel double door fridge with freezer, oven/ gas stove with hood fan, noiseless dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, and tankless water heater. Small appliances: Coffee maker, blender, toaster, and air fryer. Bedroom features a live-edge parota headboard, King size pillow top coil mattress, desk and chair. Three piece bathroom includes large walk-in shower with glass door.

Our stay at the Pavilion Bucerias was fantastic! First and foremost, communication with Sheryl, the owner was easy and very pleasant. She was very responsive and was available anytime to answer all questions and certainly a pleasure to meet.

The unit location was as good as it gets off the water with the beach right around the corner. The roof top pool and lounge area is perfect with spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets.

Being in this location gave us a wide variety of bars and restaurants close by. The shopping center was walking distance away as was a little convenience store to grab a few necessities. It was also very easy to walk to Centro Bucerias to visit the market and grab a margarita or two at any of the local bars.

The unit is beautiful and the decor is stunning. Everything has been well maintained, all furnishings are unique and very comfortable: the king size bed, the reclining leather couch and a big screen tv. As a bonus, it had a washer/dryer which was handy to do a quick load! The large deck was perfect to sit and have a glass of wine or two and watch the world go by.

All in all I can’t say enough about Pavilion Bucerias. I certainly recommend this unit for 2 people and I will definitely be back.
